Salt Lake 2002 (Nintendo Game Boy Advance, 2002)

Product Specs
Description
For 17 days in February 2002, the world focused on the XIX Winter Olympiad held in the Wasatch Mountain Range of Utah in the United States. Salt Lake 2002 features six of the more than 15 real-world events: Ski Jumping K120 Individual, Curling, Alpine Skiing Downhill, Two-Man Bobsled, Snowboard Parallel Giant Slalom, and Alpine Skiing Slalom. Five difficulty levels (beginner, novice, intermediate, expert, and legend) complement three gameplay modes: Olympic, Classic, and Tournament, with a Time Trial mode available for those who want to earn high scores. Game options include a ghost mode for Time Trial action, trophy room, six languages, and user profile screen. Up to four people can compete simultaneously with no link cable required. Olympic mode includes opening and closing ceremonies and the chance to play the six events in any order, while Tournament mode sets you head-to-head against 16 other countries in four rounds of your choice. Classic mode gives you three lives to complete events, which then unlock difficulty levels in sequential order.
