Rave Master: Special Attack Force (Nintendo Game Boy Advance, 2005)

Product Specs
Description
Hiro Mashima's popular Japanese magna and anime series is introduced to American gamers in this 2D fighting game. Players take control of characters from the comic, such as Haru, Elie, Shuda, or even Griff and Plue, to enter into in hand-to-hand battle. Unlike many games of the style, jumping is performed with the press of an action button, and ranged attacks are accomplished by using the trigger buttons. Each character carries his or her own token item, which allows the execution of special moves, but may be dropped if the character is hit too often. This North American game is based on the 2002 Japanese GBA release, Groove Adventure: Rave. Two cartridge-equipped players can battle head-to-head through a link-cable connection.
