Driven (Nintendo Game Boy Advance, 2001)

Product Specs
Description
Based on the 2001 movie starring Sylvester Stallone, Driven is an overhead-view F1 racing game that combines realistic aspects of the sport with some outrageous elements inspired by the film. In the game's Story Mode, you take on the alternating roles of Joe Tanto and Jimmy Bly with the goal of completing 12 objectives taken from the movie. In the Arcade, Single Race, Training Session, and Championship modes, you're able select from 12 drivers and race on six courses ranging from England's "Manley Park" to California's "Angel's Bay." In every mode, achieving fast lap times increases the level of your "zone meter," and once it enters the red area, you're considered "in the zone," which improves the handling and speed of your car. Driven supports up to four-player simultaneous racing via link cable connection, with a special multiplayer mode requiring just one cartridge. Team play is also available, which allows one driver to block out opposing racers while the other races for the pole position.
